Refund Policy

We want you to be confident trying SocialAI. This page describes when you can request a refund and how that process works. Replace this draft with your final legal copy, reviewed by counsel, before going live.
1. Free trial
Every paid plan ships with a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial; cancelling before the trial ends means you are never billed.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid invoice (i.e. the invoice that follows the trial), we issue a full refund of that invoice. Open a ticket with our support team via contact or email support@socialai.app — include your workspace name and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.
3. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days receive a pro-rated refund of the unused portion. Cancellations after day 30 stop auto-renewal but do not generate a refund — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), your subscription enters a 7-day grace period during which access continues. We email reminders on day 0, 3, and 6. On day 7 the subscription is automatically cancelled — no refund is owed because no payment was processed.
5. Usage-based fees
SocialAI uses hard quotas, not overage billing. You will never receive a surprise charge above your plan's sticker price. Refunds therefore apply only to the subscription invoice itself.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank settlement times vary by issuer; expect funds within 5–10 business days.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us first — we're a small team and resolve almost every case directly. For unresolved disputes, you retain any rights granted by the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are notified 30 days in advance via email and in-app banner.
