Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists what you may not do on SocialAI. Breaching any item below is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund. Replace this draft with your final legal copy, reviewed by counsel, before going live.

1. Illegal content

Don't use SocialAI to publish, schedule, or generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions you publish to. This includes content that infringes intellectual property, depicts minors in sexual situations, or facilitates fraud.

2. Hate, harassment, violence

Don't use SocialAI to publish hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment, or threats against any person or group.

3. Spam and platform abuse

  • Don't automate replies or DMs in ways that violate the source platform's policies (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Don't mass-follow, mass-unfollow, or like-spam through our integrations.
  • Don't scrape or attempt to scrape platform data through our pipelines. We use official APIs only.

4. AI agent disclosure

If you operate an AI DM or comment agent on SocialAI, you must disclose to the end user that they are interacting with an automated system when the platform policy or local law requires it (Meta's Bot Policy, EU AI Act, etc.).

5. Misuse of the AI tools

  • Don't use the AI to impersonate real individuals without consent.
  • Don't generate sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Don't use the AI to produce disinformation campaigns or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

6. Security and integrity

  • Don't probe for vulnerabilities, run penetration tests, or attempt denial-of-service against SocialAI without prior written permission.
  • Don't share credentials across accounts, attempt to access another workspace, or evade rate limits.
  • Disclose security findings responsibly to security@socialai.app.

7. Account sharing and resale

Per-seat plans are licensed per individual user. Shared accounts and unauthorized resale violate this policy and any applicable Terms.

8. Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any workspace that breaches this policy. Your data remains accessible for export for 30 days after termination per our retention policy.
